Mobile App – Privacy Policy

Riadiat ("we", "our", or "the app") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how information is collected, used, and protected when you use the Riadiat mobile application available at riadiat.sa.

To provide Riadiat’s services (account access, bookings, academy, networking, and related features), we may collect:

• Account details such as name, email address, phone number, and password
• Profile information you choose to provide (for example photo or bio)
• Booking, order, and service-related information you submit in the app
• Location data when you use map or place-based features
• Device and technical information needed to run the app securely (for example push notification tokens and crash diagnostics)

We use this information to:

• Create and manage your account
• Deliver app features and process your requests
• Send important service notifications (for example booking updates)
• Improve reliability and fix crashes
• Protect the app against unauthorized access and abuse

We do not sell your personal information.

The Riadiat app may request access to approximate or precise location to support core features such as maps, places, and location-based bookings.

Location data is:

• Used only when needed for the feature you are using
• Not used for advertising tracking
• Shared with our servers only as required to complete the related request

The app may request limited permissions only when required for functionality, including:

• Location — maps and place/booking features
• Camera and photo library — profile or content uploads
• Notifications — service and account alerts
• Biometrics (Face ID / fingerprint) — optional sign-in on your device

You can deny or later change these permissions in your device settings.

Riadiat uses trusted service providers to operate the app, including:

• Our backend API hosting at api.riadiat.sa
• Firebase Cloud Messaging — push notifications
• Firebase Crashlytics — crash and stability reports
• Google Maps — map display and location features

These providers process data only as needed to deliver their services. Riadiat does not use third-party advertising SDKs to track you across apps for ads.

Account and service data are stored on our servers. Some preferences and session information may be stored on your device. We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Riadiat is not directed at children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
